My order is hasn't arrived yet
If tracking hasn't moved in 3+ business days, or your package seems lost, call or text us at 1-888-979-6932 (9am-5:30pm ET, every day) or email [email protected] with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier right away.
Tracking says delivered but I don't have my package
If tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, contact us right away with your order number. We'll verify the delivery address, open a FedEx investigation, and from there work with you to find the best path forward. It's also worth a qu
