When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 10-14 business days of arriving back at our warehouse, and refunds are issued as store credit. If our team arranges a refund to your original payment method (including Try It First returns), funds post within 3-5 business
How does store credit work?
Refunds are issued as store credit under our return policy. Once your return is processed (10-14 business days after we receive it), your credit arrives by email. You can use it at checkout in the 'Discount code or gift card' field.
