When should I expect to receive my shipment?
Orders are processed within about 2 business days, then FedEx Ground transit takes: 1-2 days Eastern, 2-3 days Central, 3-5 days Mountain/West, and 7+ days for Alaska/Hawaii. You'll receive a FedEx tracking link by email.
Why does 2nd Day Air take so long?
Two-Day counts transit time after processing: orders take up to 2 business days to process, then 2 business days in transit. Weekends and holidays don't count. An order placed Friday evening ships Monday or Tuesday and arrives two business days after
How much does shipping cost to my state?
Standard FedEx Ground shipping is $10, and orders of $125+ ship FREE. Two-Day expedited service adds $25-35. Shipping to Canada is $15 CAD, free at $150+ CAD. Keep an eye out for sitewide free-shipping promotions, too.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $125+ always ship free, and we regularly run sitewide free-shipping promotions on top of that.
What carrier does NEST New York use?
We ship via FedEx, using FedEx Ground for standard delivery and FedEx 2-Day for expedited, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or mailboxes?
No. We ship via FedEx, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a street address at checkout. If an order is placed with a PO Box, it can delay your shipment or result in the order being canceled. We'll try to reach out for an alternate addres
